We begin by identifying and building relationships with your "parts" or the inner voices or roles you've developed to manage pain, protect yourself, or keep life on track. As trust grows, we explore the burdens those parts carry and how they've been shaped by past experiences. The goal is to help those parts unburden, freeing them from extreme roles and allowing your core Self to lead.
$150 per 50 minute Session. I do not accept insurance at the current moment. However, I'm happy to provide a superbill for submitting to individual insurance plans for reimbursement. I also offer a sliding scale.
